               When we talk about lifestyle most importantly we referred the term to our food habit. Healthy food habit can give you  a heavy relaxation.


High blood pressure or hypertension:

     If a person is having persistent high blood pressure then the person is said to be suffering from hypertension. More practically systolic pressure remains at high level that is about 150 mm Hg end diastolic pressure also remains above 90 mm Hg. There may be only increase in the systolic pressure then and it is called as systolic hypertension.

Let's discuss about some foods that can help you in lowering the high blood pressure.

1. watermelon:

         Skim milk contains calcium and less amount of fat. For lowering blood pressure both the constituents are very useful. To make it more healthy you can add some fruits but keep the sugar content law for better health experience.

3. Cinnamon :

     cinnamon helps in decreasing systolic blood pressure for short term by 5.39 mm Hg virus diastolic blood pressure by 2.6 mm Hg. This conclusion is direct from analytic studies.
        It is also used in place of sugar on  fruits salad. In market it can be found in  variety of forms.

4. Banana:

9.Red beet juice:

      According to a research report it is found that red beet juice is beneficial for managing high blood pressure for short term as well as long term.
     The study says that by taking one cup of juice everyday helps in reducing blood pressure by 4/8 mm Hg.
         Beetroot contents high amount of nitrates that help in reducing the blood pressure. Talking everyday about one cup of beet juice is very much helpful for the persons having high blood pressure moreover it can help  in bringing the blood pressure to normal range.

10. Pomegranate:

       Pomegranate juice is beneficial for the people having high blood pressure. Some research say that 1 cup of pomegranate juice taking for 28 days can help in lowering hypertension. Pomegranate is having antioxidant quality.
